We deliver all orders with Australia Post & ship from our warehouse in Melbourne, Australia. Our complementary free shipping & non-free shipping rates are as follows:
Standard Delivery $5, or FREE on orders above $20 AUD in Australia.
Express shipping $10, or FREE on orders $150 AUD or above in Australia.
International Shipping $30, or FREE on orders $150 AUD or above.
We stride to send out your orders within 24 hours of purchase* shipping times with Australia Post are standardized to their network and will be different to your area. Australian orders with standard shipping 3-5 working days, express 1-4* International orders 7-14 working days* if you have any questions or queries in regards to your shipment please contact us via customer service.
How our Returns work.
We understand at times your purchase may not be as you expected. For this reason we offer hassle-free returns on purchases. Please download and fill out our return slip and include it your package within 14 days of your purchase. Please note that returns do not apply to any outlet items or items on sale, items that are sale for promotional reasons are exempt from this. All returning products must be in the condition that it was delivered in, unused & undamaged*. We do not reimburse any postage cost associated with the return, therefor the postage cost of returning your items will be the customers responsibility.
Items purchased from the Outlet are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged or returned. Sparta Gym Wear does not provide any refunds/ store credit on product purchases from the Outlet Section of the website. Any return orders from the outlet will be forwarded back to the customer*

Defected Item?
We stride with passion to make the best possible version of our products, but at times manufacturing errors due to machinery or workmanship can occur. Manufacture Defected products will be credited for or a replacement product will be shipped to customer as soon as possible, depending on what the customer wants. If there is a manufacture defect on an item please email us asap at info@spartagymwear.com.au with your concerns or respond to your order confirmation email with these concerns. We ask that these defect problems be raised with us as it helps us work toward a better product.
